People can participate in the conference in a number of different ways:

​

1. Simply register as a participant by using an early-bird, normal or on-site full registration.

 

2. For busy colleagues who want to present their work at the conference, they are welcome to submit an abstract only, which on acceptance, entitles them to address the conference. A full registration needs to be completed within 1 week of receiving an acceptance. 

 

3. For manuscript participants, registration is needed by 12th August 2023, which is the deadline for normal registration. Alternatively, early-bird registration is available.

·       Attendance at the Welcome Reception

·       Lunch and coffee/tea breaks for the duration of the conference

·       Attendance at the Banquet reception

·       Admission to all scientific sessions

·       Access to exhibition and sponsors area

·       Conference Proceedings

·       Name badge, abstract booklet and program in a conference bag

·       The option of submitting an abstract and/or a manuscript

 

For Students:

You can register for the conference with or without an abstract/manuscript, i.e., you do not need to login. Just go to the conference website https://www.acmsm26.com/ and click on “Registration” and “Register now”

and proceed by providing your name and the paper code (if you do not have an abstract, just leave the paper code empty) when registering.

 

If you are a student, please send a student confirmation from your university to acmsm26@auckland.ac.nz to receive a student code for registration.

If you register for your co-author, please proceed as described above, by providing the name of your co-author when registering.

 
Terms and Conditions

Student attendees must send via e-mail to the Conference Secretariat, a letter from their Department Head/Chair confirming that they are full-time students.

​

Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully.

Refund policy

​

Participants, who find they cannot attend, and do not send a substitute will be refunded if a request is received in writing via acmsm26@auckland.ac.nz before 15 August 2023, a cancellation fee of $125 will apply. After that date, NO refund will be made. 

​

Due to the catering requirements, the welcome reception and conference dinner tickets can be used by other participants should you not be able to use them, but they cannot be refunded.
