Oral presentation guidelines:

Presenter:

Presentation: 13 minutes

Q and A: Two minutes including a brief transition to the next speaker

PowerPoint/pdf: please upload your presentation materials to the session folder in the lecture room

  computer and test your presentation materials, the latest 15 minutes before the start of the session, i.e.,

  in the break prior to the session.

  There is no template/specification for your presentation.

 

Session chair:

Before the session start:

- Please confirm that all presenters are in the room, at least 5 minutes prior to the session start.

- Please make certain that all presentation materials are uploaded, at least 15 minutes prior to the   

  session.

- Please ensure that the speaker keeps within the allocated time.

- Please facilitate fruitful discussion and if necessary initiate questions/comments to enable insightful

  discussion.

 

In the case of a no-show:

- Please do not use the time for subsequent presentations but stick to the schedule so that interested

   audiences can swap rooms without missing the presentation of interest.

- Use the time slot for further discussion of previous presentations or topics related to the session.
